§3 What Ephem does with this object

NOAA 20 is included in the nightly SGP4 propagation that produces Ephem's debris density feed. Its sub-satellite point at any moment can be computed client-side from the TLE using standard SGP4 (the same code path the overhead map uses in your browser).
